Payment is due at the time of treatment. Cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards are accepted.
I am in-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna and Fidelis insurance and out of network with Aetna, and United Healthcare insurance.
Many insurance providers still offer coverage for treatment. If you are unsure whether you are covered, I will gladly verify your benefits for you. If you have any questions about coverage, please contact me.
If you must cancel your appointment and do not wish to be charged for the visit, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
